The overall goal is the migration of all existing products plus new upcoming products into the new system and new margin calculations until the end of 2017.

· Migration and implementation of all derivatives by end of 2016
· Migration and implementation of all cash products by end of 2017
· Supporting other key initiatives where a new portfolio risk based management system is needed

The Project Manager is fully responsible for the management of the IT project delivery of several releases running in parallel.

In particular this includes:

· Leading and controlling IT phases of the project lifecycle from initiation, design, delivery and test to post implementation, adhering to known project methodologies and best practices.
· Full responsibility to delivery from specification to testing and implementation within time,scope, quality and budget.
· Effective management of project risks.
· Correct budget and cost management or the IT project
· Management of local and near-shore teams.
· Close collaboration with the business PL
· Reporting to the overall project manager transparently and regularly
· Close collaboration with the Application Owner and Business CIO line


Project management methods must be known and must have been used in former projects such as Waterfall, V-Modell and/or agile. A project management certification is of advantage (such as PMI or IPMA).

Must have:

- Extensive experience with IT Project management in a dynamic environment
- Understanding of programming issues and the capability to ask the right question
- Very good communication skills, empathy and the ability to work in a team
- Good experience with Microsoft Project

Of advantage:

- Programming/IT Architecture Background
- Understanding of the products of a clearing house (e.g. derivatives, equities, bonds)
- Understanding of regulatory needs

In addition to project management qualification and the PM capabilities according to the required SFIA level (6 - Senior Projekt Manager), the following functional/technical skills are a plus.

· Working in an international environment
· Experience in financial industries, particularly in a clearing house or investment bank are a plus
· Excellent planning and estimation experiences are a plus

Project languages are German and English. Thus, written and spoken German and English is required.

Base in Eschborn. Regularly, travelling to Prague.

Preferred 1 February 2016, latest 1 March 2016
