For our client we are looking for a technical PMO (m/f).
Aufgaben:
- technical PMO/Request Administrator for all kind of infrastructure demands in the region EMEA with involvement of Request Management
- SPOC to the customer (BRM, Business, etc.) for infrastructure demands
- Quality Check of demands (all necessary information are available)
- KPI monitoring
- Assign demand to respective Service Architect
- Responsible for supporting the change workflow within Change Management. system gAHD
- Monitoring of change progress and triggering of internal teams
- Collaboration with regional Request Management Teams in EMEA, SA and APAC
- Escalation handling
- Support of process improvements
- Maintenance of questionnaires
- Support of Reporting activities
- Supplier orchestration
Skills:
- Basic infrastructure knowledge in Data Center environments.
- Advanced project management skills.Experiencend in managing workflows.
- Experienced in the provisioning of reports and monitoring of KPIs.
- Able to work under pressure.
- good German and English knowledge
