TätigkeitenbeschreibungFür unseren Kunden aus dem Rhein Main Gebiet suchen wir zum 04.01.2016 einen Testmanager mit guten HP-ALM Kenntnissen & Erfahrung in der Konzeption automatisierter Tests (m/w). Das Projekt findet im internationalen Umfeld statt. Fließendes Englisch ist Voraussetzung.
Aufgaben:
* Define and maintain test plans for all projects (content , scheduling, tailoring of test activities and resources)
* Implement test strategy
* Participate in the working group for the overall test strategy
* Define and coordinate support processes for project e.g. HP ALM, Defect Management, Environment Management,...
* Monitor and control progress of technical reviews and test activities in the global engineering network
* Delevopment and definition of metrics for testing
* Evaluate test results and test report status (e.g. traffic light, coverage, ...)
* Coordination and supervising of all test activities
* Report test status to the project and organization
* Improvement and development of automated Tests
* Participate in work product releases
* Coach projects regarding test aspects and test processes
* Create and improve test methods and recommend test tools if required
Für diese Aufgabenstellung sollten Sie über die folgenden Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen verfügen:
* HP-ALM experienced user, Good knowledge of testing processes and process execution (ISTQB certified tester would be beneficial)
* Very Good communication skills as well internal as well to the customer
* Very Good in English communication (written and oral)
* Good intercultural working skills
* Very Good coordination skills
* Very Good quality awareness
* Systematic working skills and team spirit
* Nice to haves:
- Experience in agile software development, especially relating to testing
- Prooven experience in test automation
- Experience in Keyword based testing
