Für unseren Kunden in Köln suchen wir ab sofort einen IT Service Delivery Expert (m/w) für die voraussichtliche Dauer von 6 Monaten mit Option auf Verlängerung

Tasks/ services:
- Plan, organize, schedule and coordinate activities (locally, regionally and globally) like customer releases, maintenance weekends, network and patch weekends, etc. incl. onsite coordination on weekends if necessary
- Do risk and impact analysis on upcoming changes and avoid impact of changes to business of all related customers
- Contribute to local, regional and global projects
- Organize, moderate and attend to Change Advisory Boards (locally, regionally and globally), change preparation meetings, customer meetings, etc.
- Interact with global teams

Profil/ Skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of various IT technologies
- Broad knowledge of technical principles of domains and platforms; Windows, Linux, Oracle,>
- Good knowledge of ITIL and practical experience with the processes Incident, Problem and Change

Methodology/Certification requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience
- Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred

Non-Technical requirements:
- Strong leadership skills and able to motive teams without having any hierarchical responsibility
- Flexibility in working hours is required (work outside of normal working hours or weekend/holiday work)
- On-call permanency (standby)
- Strong tracking, coordination and planning skills
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Able to work in a global team and in a multiple cultural environment

Language Requirements:
- Local language German for Germany + English fluent (mandatory)
