Our client is currently looking for a SAP Basis and XI/PI Expert (m/f) for a project in Eschborn.Job Descriptions:
- 3rd level of support SAP BASIS and NETWEAVER for a SAP landscape
- Design of the deployment tools of the J2SE adapter Engine (900 systems), definition of the testing strategy
- ITIL Change coordinator, production or design changes
- Assisting Change Advisory Boards and Release Advisory Boards
- Incident and problem management, root cause elimination, using ITIL framework and LEAN SIX SIGMA (running DMAICs, OPL and GSTDs)
- Involved in 2 projects each year, Service Packs, Customer Go-Live, SAP upgrades, DB Migrations, Landscape build, Stacks upgrades, Setup of replicated SLDs, J2SE Engine upgrades, Kernel upgrades
Qualifications:
- Certified ITIL foundation, Change and Release Management, Change Coordinator
- XI/PI expert (m/f) for EURO zone (but covering systems worldwide in FTS mode)
- SLD expert (m/f) for EUR zone
Required languages: good written and spoken English /German
