Projektbeschreibung/Aufgaben/Rolle:
Für einen bestehenden Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir einen Technical Engineer (f/m) Introduction of a new 3GPP Policy Charging Rule Function (PCRF).
Introduction of Policy & Data Charging Services and Solutions based on a new PCRF platform. As part of this, some of the enabler system and technology experience will be preferred e.g. common functionalities for Fair Usage Policy, fixed & mobile environment, Roaming Controls (bandwidth throttling, pass control) and RAN congestion as well as basic IP transport and traffic management.
Genaue Aufgabenbeschreibung
Technical Engineering role on integration and validation activities for the introduction of a new 3GPP Policy Charging Rule Function (PCRF). Planning and execution of test cases including tracing and trouble shooting.
Erforderliche Skills:
- RADIUS, LDAP, HTML Protocols; 3GPP R9 and R10 standards for GX and Gy protocols (Diameter)
- IP-Networking (certificates, tunneling), Unix commands/file systems and Unix application installation and shell/perl scripting
- GSM, GPRS, UMTS, LTE and IMS network infrastructure
- Voice and Data services and associated Mobile Applications
- Integration and Acceptance Testing of Telecommunication Services
