Aufgabenbeschreibung:Senior Project Manager/Program Manager for the Implementation of a strategic Information Security Roadmap (STEP), with the scope to industrialise security services. STEP will integrate existing Information Security initiatives with an overall scope of 2015 – 2017.
STEP is planned to consist of at least six major projects:
- Transformation awareness
- Security governance
- Identity, access and asset management
- Application and end user security
- Infrastructure security
Timeline
- Program start: Jan/Feb 2015
- Program finish: Dec 2017
- Program Manager to join by January 2016 (with a potential lead time in December)
Duties and Responsibilities
- The Senior Project Manager is fully responsible for the management of large-sized program and in his/her role reports directly to the Group Chief Information Security Officer
In particular this includes:
- Multi-stream/multi-location program management
- Respective scope, timeline, budget and dependency management
- Stakeholder Management on executive level
Anforderungen:
Qualification:
- Project management methods either PMI and/or Prince 2 must be known
- A respective certification in project management is required
Experience:
- At least 10 years in managing complex projects
- A proven track record of programs with multiple projects across multiple locations is expected
- Experience in leading project teams with 50+ members and a rate of approx. 50% externals (external service providers)
- Knowledge of the processesofstock exchangesis desirable
Skills:
- Self-starter, quick learner, focused on achieving agreed targets
- Able to communicate on top executive level (including board and supervisory board)
- Fluent in English and German (written & spoken)
- Security Insight would be a plus but not required
- Additionally: Full-time dedication to the Program
Location:
- The working locations will be in Frankfurt area, Luxemburg and Prague, therefore the SPM/Program Manager is expected to be flexible with travel activities
