Technical Project manager (m/f) required for our telecommunication client in Dusseldorf.The purpose would be to lead for big international enterprise projects with corresponding importance concerning time, bugdet and quality.
Main tasks/Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Create a project plan taking into account sub-projects (operations, regional/central roll out, commercial processes, suppliers, etc.)
- Regular project controlling based on plan-actuals comparison and in case of deviation resulting in corrective actions respective reporting of the deviation
- Steer national and international suppliers
- Feed Reports
- Assure transparent cost optimized budget controlling
- Plan and setup projects with special focus on project environment
Budget Controlling
- Assure cost optimized implementation (Capex/Opex/Direct Costs) while avoiding Time & Material contracts.
- Transparent budget planning including forecast on monthly base. Highlight deviations and indicate corrective actions.
- Change and Risk Management
- Active change and quality management including suppliers
- Active risk management via regular risk-assessments (Tasks, Environment, Stakeholder) together with the sub-project managers
Skills required:
- University of applied science or university degree
- 8 years of professional experience
- 3+ projects in PMI Level 4
- Languages: German and English
- very good analytical skills and capabilities to organize
- able to lead professionally
