My client, a financial institution based in Germany is looking for a Big Data - Product Development manager.
Big Data - Product Development
Field of activity for the Big Data - Product Development role:
*Market Signals - Product Development
Tasks/responsibilities for the Big Data - Product Development role:
*Creation and management of new Market Signals product lines combining content and IT services
*Enlarging the Market Signals product portfolio through additional analytics/big data offerings
*Managing product development projects with analytical within Market Signals, including
*feasibility studies/use-case development
*strategy development
*business case creation
*Representation of Market Signals at internal and external events as well as interaction with 3rd party providers and partners
Qualifications/required skills for the Big Data - Product Development role:
*Degree in statistics, mathematics, quantitative finance a quantitative discipline or a comparable education with relevant professional experience - with knowledge in big data, learning analytics based on structured and/or unstructured data
*Experience in a relevant industry position or Phd with relevant practical experience
*Project management skills
*Curiosity, creativity and open mindedness
*Ability to work under pressure, and a confident manner towards management, co-workers, clients and business partners
Languages required for the Big Data - Product Development role:
*Proficiency in written and spoken English - international experience is considered a plus
