Telecoms experience and fluent German is essential
Candidates will have managed large teams of onsite and remote test teams
Knowledge, Skills & Experience required for the role:
Testing methodologies (ISTQB, TMap, IEEE testing standards)
HPQC
Management skills (presentation, training, test reporting, financial reporting)
Expert knowledge on Test Automation, standardization and Quality management processes
Expert knowledge in TMMi model (Test Maturity Model Integration)
Minimum of 7-10 years related experience in a Service Provider environment on testing, test management and test methodologies
Minimum of 5 years working in multi-tier international organization
Minimum of 5 years working in a multi-system application and development landscape, including
applications written in Java, C#, PHP and other related technologies
Experience with latest web technologies
2 to 3 years leading or supporting IT Systems Integration
2 to 3 years leading or supporting IT Systems Performance Testing
Referenced experience with tier 1 systems in:
Version Control
Source Integrity
Operational Handover
Vendor Management
Experience with TPI (Test Process Improvement)
In depth software quality assurance experience including proven management, supervisory, or leadership experience in a Matrix organization.
Extended knowledge in:
*QA and Testing Methodologies
*Agile Testing Methodologies (Certified Agile Tester)
*Quality Management Procedures
The role:
The Manager of the Test Center of Excellence will be responsible for testing and Quality management.
Provides a single test entity and other corporate groups performing to Service Level Agreements leveraging demand based resource allocation to produce quality controlled deliverables. Position reports to the Senior Manager, Systems Integration & Testing heads
