Implementation of E.ONs One 2two Strategy in the contex of asset and license Management. Support für internal Carve-out Project: Asset and License Transfer to UNIPER
Soft-Skills:
- Asset & license data collection
- Analysis of rights of usage
- Analysis of target application architecture
- Commercial analysis of license demand (target application landscape)
- Support for internal applications managers (Clarification of license relevant topics)
- Support in negotiation with software vendors
- Preparation of all necessary license transfer documents
- Asset hand over to Uniper
Fach-Skills:
- International experience in the IT sector
- Experienced license manager (SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, Autodesk, IBM, Client licenses)
- Proven and solid economic know-how and strong financial background combined with technical knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Contract negotiation skills coupled with persuasiveness
