RIZE's client is a market leading Telecommunications company supporting a 2 1/2 year project with integration, troubleshooting and support functions.

SMC Engineer

  • During the 3G SWAP Project the service is responsible for the SMC Acceptance process for the assigned Swap clusters. The process handles the services Network Surveillance and 1st Level Support.
  • During this process, after new 3G sites are accepted into the SMC Surveillance process, it's likely that equipment alarms remained, ie were not cleared or resolved before the handover into the SMC.
