New role open for a Cloud Service Executive Account Manager with at least 8-10 years experience in ICT and Cloud Services within the technical support area for IT vendors or service providers, to come on board and work for a Market leading Telecommunications company based in Munich. 6 month initial contract. Competitive rates, German and English speakers required. 30% travel required with role

Role Purpose:

  • Maximize customer loyalty and satisfaction with key customer stakeholders by driving value in service delivery
  • Capture and articulate value with key stakeholders in periodic business reviews and throughout service engagements
  • Cloud Technology/Architecture: Understanding of the key technology components that make up cloud such as virtualization, networking, Servers, storage, workloads/applications
  • Conduct research, data collection and analysis and synthesis to prepare, present and deliver recommendations and solutions to customers.
  • Understand technology in order to offer customers recommendations and solutions that meet their business and IT needs as appropriate.

Key experience:

8-10 years experience in ICT & Cloud Services within the technical support area for IT vendors or service providers.

Prior consultant role experience with International/Global customers with world-wide operations

Minimum 5 years consulting experience in leading IT Strategy and Transformation; eg strategy/design/implementation of IT transformation solutions

ICT Networking Professional level certifications (eg HCNP, CCNP, etc); Expert certification highly desired.

IT standards/framework certifications (eg ITIL, eTOM) are a plus. ICT Networking Professional level certifications (eg HCNP, CCNP, etc); Expert certification highly desired.

Ability to engage on a broad CIO agenda, possessing the personal and professional attributes necessary to convince senior leadership to take bold actions and coach them through major change.

First class written and verbal executive engagement skills; ability to present is a must.

Customer centric point of view with excellent customer-facing skills

Responsibilities:

Engage customer CIOs; owning and managing CIO and other C-suite customer relationships

Solution Identifier/Qualifier with customers

Communicator to navigate and simplify technology and business implications of Cloud

Technology Advisor to assist customers with their cloud transformations

Grow Client's ICT Consulting and Cloud Service skills across our customer facing teams

Identifying where the client's customers can leverage digital technologies for greatest strategic impact, defining high performance target state operating models and capabilities that supports future business growth

Leading multi-disciplinary teams to shape, sell, communicate and implement IT and digital strategy engagements

Undertaking sales origination, including working with customer teams to identify opportunities

Publish and share their experiences and best practices as well as leading, mentoring and developing colleagues
