For our customer in Frankfurt, Germany we are currently searching for a System and Service Transition Administrator (f/m)
Project Start:February 2016
Contract type: Permanent Employment through Harvey Nash Project duration:36 months +
Location: Frankfurt
Tasks:
. Deployment, configuration and support of development, productions systems and environments
. Evaluate and execute change and service requests
. Assist in the development of standards for deployed system hardware, OS and software components
. Support service development processes by executing technical transition
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical, configuration management, inventory and troubleshooting documentation
Skills:
. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
. Experience in ITIL processes
. Very good knowledge of Active Directory, AD Certificate Services, Windows Server 2008, SCCM, VM Ware vCenter, Oracle Enterprise Manager
. Experience working within Windows, ESX, Citrix environments
. Some knowledge of Tivoli back-up systems
. Very good knowledge of network and storage concepts & technologies
. Fluent in English, all documentation will be done in English
