Position Title: Industrial Designer - Watch Design
Position Type: Contract or Permanent
Start Date:December 2015
Duration: 6 months initial

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Industrial Watch design teams to analyse and respond to trends in the global consumer electronics - smart and classical.
Lead design teams to generate high quality ideas which will be globally accepted by consumers.
Cooperate with top-tier global external design firms to explore the possibilities of fresh ideas and directions.
Demonstrate a clear philosophy and culture for terminal devices design work.
Compile and author annual Industrial Watch design trend reports and their impact on the design strategy.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
Experience in Industrial design - Watch design - smart and / or classical.
10 years of experience in product design for smart / classical watches.
Background in Smart product area like Jaw Bone, FitBit, Pebble, Apple.
Background in Classical product area like Omega, Casio, Seiko, Festina, Fossil.
Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
Worldwide top-class design education background.
