Projektbeschreibung/Aufgaben/Rolle:
Deliverables:
Customer interaction:
- Work with service owners on requirements and suitable approach for API exposure
- Close interaction with Project Manager and Scrum Master

Solution designs
- Exploiting out of the box APIX Apigee platform features and common policies developed
- Identifying need and proving development guidance for new common policies
- Aligned E2E with API consuming and backend service providing parties
- Abstract a proprietary backend authentication to an OAuth2 authentication exposure

Implementation
- Integrated membership of Agile Scrum delivery team
- Create solution knowledge with developers
- Provide implementation guidance incl. definition of common policies
- Code reviews

Scope management: track scope and changes incl. budget/timeline impacts together with Scrum Master
Testing: Review test cases
Solution ownerships: Create knowledge and understanding of solution amongst stakeholders, e.g.
- Customer/demand raiser
- QA team
- Integration/Deployment team
- Operations team
- Service Management team

Liaison: Keep off-shore implementation team in sync with onshore team of customer/demand raiser

Successful projects with API gateways
In depth knowledge of

Enterprise Architecture experience
Apigee architecture training (can be done after first month of engagement, max. within first 3 months.)

A note on Apigee architecture training:
- The client might be able to help facilitate a combined on-site training in Dusseldorf (rather than participating in a training in London)
- On-site trainings last 5 days
