- Responsible for design, implementation, quality of SAP CRM End-to-End processes and functionality,
member of Project Management
Anforderung:
SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
- Strong experience in SAP CRM overall view (at least 5 years relevant experience)
- Strong experience in SAP CRM Account Management, Contact Management, Activity Management, Products,
Customer Interaction Center + CTI, Complaints, Sales, Pricing, Marketing Campaign Management
- Not mandatory is SAP CRM Middleware and Integration to SAP ERP
- Industry expertise in Retail (B2C/B2B)
Language Skill:
- German (must)
