brief project description: Scopingphase für das Redesign der Financeprozesse und -funktionen für eine internationale Manufacturing-Gruppe
scope of work: Redesign der bestehenden Accounting- und Controllinglösungen in Bezug auf ein verbessertes Steuerungskonzept und neueste SAP Architektur und -lösungen.
role of consultant: Fachlicher Experte für Verbesserung der Prozesse, Funktionalitäten und SAP-Anwendung in den Bereichen FI, CO, CO-PA sowie Konsolidierung, Schnittstellen zu Planung und Reporting
