Introduction: Our client a hip company in Berlin, Germany has a vacancy for a Context driven End-to-End Tester with fluent Englisch and fluent Italian language skills
Role: * Design, development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test strategies. You will be expected to contribute to functional, integration, performance, data quality, and regression testing. * Using your experience and knowledge of software design, work with engineers in Product Development to accurately assess the risk of product changes and extensions and develop appropriate test strategies. Analyze and decompose complicated software systems to understand dependencies and vulnerabilities * Scope and estimate testing effort, help plan projects, track progress to schedule, and report status including mitigation and remediation plans for project risks. * Participate in a continuous improvement process based on identifying causes of friction which can be removed. Help drive those changes to successful adoption.
Requirements:
- College degree (or similar) with at least three years of hands-on experience with Java software development, XML, HTML,SQL
- In-depth knowledge of Java, JUnit, TestNG, HTML, CSS, SQL
- Experience with end-to-end test automation, i.e. Selenium Webdriver and Continuous Integration Systems
- You agree with the context-driven testing principles
- Driving successful test automation implementations including development of automated test frameworks
- Good knowledge of Java application development and testing of user interface intensive applications, web services, and databases, and browser compatibility using QuickTest Pro or other automation Framework.
Language skills: Fluent English and fluent Italian language skills are mandatory.
