Role/Skill:
- experienced SAP PS project system consultant
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- high customer and service orientation
- experience in the IT engineering industry highly appreciated, especially in the fields IT services and software
Task:
- project planning, offer calculation in SAP PS and SD
- feedback to/from project and integration into SAP MRS Multi Resource Scheduling
- link MRS to SAP PS project system with network plans and PSP elements
- reporting, controlling in SAP PS
- design of PSP project structure plan for hierarchical structure of project tasks, ie acc. to involved organizational units. Essential for reporting.
- net structure plan and its procedures are the basis for scheduling of processes in project; usable for
capacity planning as well as for procurement of material and services. Mile stones for fundamental
project incidents initialize subsequent tasks, such as billing plan
- project structure plan is operative basis for all further planning steps in project, ie process, cost, deadlines and capacity planning or calculation as well as project
controlling
- a net structure plan shows the development of a project or an activity within the project. Net structure plans are basis for planning, analysis, desciption, steering and supervision of dates, cost and resources (staff, machinery, production resources, material), net structure plans are realized as activity-on-node-networks
- excellent command of project builder (planning table), project information system, net structure plan or cross application timesheet (CAT2)
