Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Endkunden suchen wir ab sofort externe Unterstützung.
Aufgabe:
Manage the Communication within the MCC sub project and Align with One2two Business Applications WS and Communications WS.
Collect, analyze and categorize questions, risks and issues from several Business Units and IT.
Own, consolidate and maintain Q&As and documents and ensure appropriate feedback to the business and/or other IT workstreams plus establish a process for a quick turnaround for questions.
Manage Workpackages within MCC to and feedback results into the MCC Sub Workstream.
Ensure transparency of deliverables, milestones, and activities. Prepare convincing information material for stakeholders to promote the MCC deliverables within the MCC sub workstream of Technology.
Establish the relationship and be a counterparty for the business and other IT PMs.
Ensure appropriate reporting from the Technology workstream towards the PMO.
Fachskills:
Experience in establishing communication channels with different stakeholders, ability to develop a communication strategy.
Experience in promoting project targets and providing transparency by actively offering information packages; ability to motivate to join and support the project tasks.
Several years of experience in managing and controlling of work packages in complex projects.
Ability to represent the project team internally and externally on PM level.
Excellent English language skills.
