Techno functional consultant-airline reservation/airline E-commerce Systems/Web-Applications/Loyalty programs
On behalf of my client who is one of the largest system Integrator with a t/o in excess of $6bn and present in over 31 countries, GIOS Technology are looking for a Techno functional consultant with the following experience

Job Description
TO UNDERSTAND CLIENT BUSINESS REQUIREMENT AND PROPOSE TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS WHICH MEETS UNIQUE CUSTOMER BUSINESS PROCESS REQUIREMENT THAT CANNOT BE ADDRESSED BY STANDARD ERP PACKAGES.
(1.) To train others and prepare and deliver presentations for knowledge sharing amongst different teams in the project
(2.) To analyze the unique customer process requirements in implementation engagement and provide technical solution to solve the gap in the business process
(3.) To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs (Reports| Interfaces| Conversions| Enhancements & Forms)
(4.) To interact with the client and other functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements
(5.) To participate in team meetings
Additional requirement
Multi-year Experience in airline reservation, and airline E-commerce Systems (Turnover greater than 25 MEUR/a and Web-Applications (online sales, customer self-service) on desktop computers and mobile devices
E-commerce assortment and bundling experience
Online shop technology experience
Usability, web frontends & portals
Offer personalization
SEO/conversion management experience
Loyalty programs (would be an asset)
Process Knowledge in Airline Business
Experience in functional and technical documentation (specification) as a basis for implementation and testing in complex environments
Knowledge in user profiling and personalization
Know-how in loyalty programs
Process Knowledge in Airline Business
Multi-year Experience in user data management
Knowledge in database and BI technologies (incl. SQL)
Data mining experience
Process knowledge in flight booking & ticketing covering whole travel chain (incl. Check-In)
Booking engine technology (incl. PNR creation and irreg handling)
Payment & PCI experience
Airline revenue accounting know-how
Service-oriented architectures
Experience with Amadeus DCS & RES Back End systems (Altea)
Knowledge in Middleware technologies
Process knowledge fares, rules and ancillaries (incl. ATPCO)
Process knowledge covering whole travel chain (incl. CKI)
Knowledge in availability mechanisms
Knowledge in interface descriptions and as well standard as airline specific interface notation (XML, JSON, NDC, OTA)
Experience in business impact analysis for functionality gaps and non-functional requirements (response times, message sizes, peak traffic)
