Aufgaben:
• Combining PMO and Program/Project Management Expertise to deliver more than just numbers and Status
- Coaching/supporting client project leads in project management tasks
- Bring new ideas, help instill a continuous improvement mindset
• Ensure the PMO is analytical to be able to shift from “reporting the past” to “forecasting the future”
- A robust project data warehouse as the basis
- Flexible and end-user ready analytical tooling
• Build and maintain an specific, but standardized service catalog that allows for easy service transition (e.g. from onshore to near- or offshore, external to internal)
• Adapting to customer and stakeholder requirements and methodologies without losing the discipline and robustness of the services.
Anforderung:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Business Fluent in English
Skills:
• University degree in Information Technology, Software Development, Engineering or long term experience in the requested fields.
• Program and project management and administration
• Work Plan management
• Metrics and reporting
• Strong IT background including experience in IT-architecture
• Oral and written communication
• Ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources
• Management of material resources, financial resources, and personnel resources
• Coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Problem solving
• Broad expertise in Energy internal processes and structures
• Wide experience in setting up internal Energy processes
• Already existing networks within the Energy organisation
• Experience with Energy measures and Energy platforms
• Know how of Energy sales structure and Regional Units
• Ability to solve systems and process issues
• Familiarity with configuration management and software release procedures
• Appreciation of general technical concepts (e.g. Networking protocols, Windows and Linux server products, Back-up and recovery, Storage, IT Security)
Reisetätigkeiten: Travelling to other Energy sites will be required (up to 50%). Projects in the UK, Italy and Sweden.
