Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 3179 for a PMO (f/m) Financial Management and Reporting

Project environment
A Global Swiss Bank is looking for an experienced, self-driven PMO to join and support the improvements and optimizations within a very dynamic programme, with an evolving IT leadership team, an evolving IT operating model, and a number of concurrent deliveries at various stages of the delivery lifecycle.

Tasks
Financial Management:
• Preparing and monitoring of forecasts, linked to key deliverables, with understanding of future resource needs.
• Actively influencing teams and individuals to book time correctly and correcting errors if needed.
• Taking a lead on ensuring appropriate establishment of project codes, cost objects, etc.
• Taking a lead on all elements of agreeing targets and allocating budgets to producer IT functions.
• Acting as the primary interface to PMOs and Portfolio managers in the Central FATCA AEI Programme Team, SRI Portfolio Management team, and SRI Central Programme Team.

Status Reporting:
• Owning the production of standard status reports, that are currently produced with IT, in conjunction with the divisional PMs. Actively supports and drives the optimization of the reports.
• Supporting the standardization process for some of the reporting within IT. E.g. RAIDs, Roadmaps, Milestone tracking, etc.
• Proactively lead the improvement initiatives across IT and in collaboration with the other relevant groups.
• Drive the improvements in the way in which relevant information is stored and made available to people.

Admin:
• There will be an expectation that some other admin tasks are owned by the PMO.
• E.g. setting up and maintaining cross-divisional meetings, workshops, and taking minutes from certain important meetings.

Requirements
• 5 years of experience within a similar role.
• Proficient use of tools like eXtract, BAFTA, ResTo etc.
• Flexibility, self-drive, motivation, high standards.
• Work experience in financial services would be preferred.
• English and German.
