Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 3160 for a Business Project Manager (f/m) Banking Operations

Project environment
A global Swiss Bank is seeking a candidate for a project management role within the Operations Change Group team in Zurich, to perform project management related tasks for the One platform securities area within operations.

Tasks
• Lead and manage Business Integration topics with the Securities Operations Stream within 1WMP Phoenix considering different dependencies along the project management life cycle.
• Manage stakeholders and activities related to the Phoenix Operations Securities.
• Organize and oversee analysis on the impact of the program on the function / process.
• Review Target Operating Models, Business Process Modeling, Target Solution Design and Stakeholder Requests.
• Co-ordinate cross-stream assessments, validations and decisions.

Requirements
• Excellent business English and German skills, both written and spoken.
• Sound and broad business project management skills.
• Banking experience or equivalent financial industry and financial products.
• Experience working in an international environment with complex multiple matrix organisation structures.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience – Within the financial services industry, preferably within a Banking Operations environment.
• Ability to balance and prioritize several competing tasks within the project.
• Certified Projectmanager (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2) certification is a plus.
