Beschreibung:Unser Kunde sucht Unterstützung eines Requirement Engineers Eurex T7 (m/w).
Tasks:
Review the clients existing IT event monitoring tool landscape, with a focus on our T7 trading architecture
Compare to tools used by the International Securities Exchange New York, subsidiary of the client for the same purpose
Compare to best practices in comparable institutions
Analyze Monitoring on various levels of the solution stack (Infrastructure, Application, Business logic)
Analyze existing incident reports, identify problem classes and common characteristics. Suggest order of implementation to maximise impact of measures.
Develop checklist to streamline analysis in case of incidents
Align with IT application development, IT operations and Market Supervision teams
Create an approach how to continously feedback conclusions from production incidents into monitoring development.
Provide input on best practices for presentation of alerts to operations teams.
Drive implementation of these enhancements in close collaboration with the above mentioned teams specifically for T7
Skills:
Familiarity with IT operations processes and IT operations organisations
Experience in designing and customising IT event monitoring tools
Ability to plan, manage, and execute mid size projects in an international environment with various stakeholders from business and IT
Excellent command of written and spoken English, German language skills desirable
