Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 3134 for a Senior IT Project Manager (f/m) in the Banking Area

Project environment
A global Swiss Bank is looking for an experienced hands-on Senior IT Project Manager to take over of two key projects.

Projects
• The first project is in the area of Swiss T&E (Travel & Expence) and is in the rollout phase. Due to the high visibility of this key project, excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
• The second project is in the area of CDM (Client Disclosure Management), where a third party product (reporting Tool) is to be integrated, compliant with the intern specifications of the bank, with a handover to Business.

Tasks
• Managing all aspects of the projects, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues.
• Manage a team of experienced Project Employees, either directly or as part of a matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement.

Requirements
• 8+ years of project management experience, ideally within a large global bank.
• Detail-oriented and experienced at managing project schedules, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Skilled at creating consensus among stakeholders on controversial points so clear conclusions/decisions are reached and protocolled.
• Structured and well-organized work approach.
• Skilled at structuring complex information and driving consensus.
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude.
• Professional certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent).
• Experience dealing with different vendors.
