Aufgabe
- Consult Contract Management regarding tactical questions, e.g. internal setup for multisupplier management and necessary interfaces.
- Analyze Contract Management regarding processes, tools and templates.
Define and track related optimization initiatives
- Prepare meetings for different board, internal Contract Management meetings and workshops as well as supplier meetings (creation of slide decks and reports)
- Act as Contract Management interface to several projects and initiatives currently running
- Support Contract Management in ad hoc tasks, e.g. specific report creation caused by projects or by any other units
Fach-Skills
- Relevant degree and 10+ years’ experience in Consulting Projects
- Experience in contract and provider management units
- Experience in IT outsourcing
- 2+ years experience with Energy Utilities
Soft-Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build excellent relationships with stakeholders, customers, colleagues and suppliers
- Excellent language skills in English and German
- Profound experience of working in an international environment
- Highly developed intercultural competence
- Highly developed customer- and service orientation
- Highly self-dependent, result- and process-oriented way of work
