Our client is currently setting up a new business division and aiming to provide the next generation of innovative communications solutions.

Position Title: Cloud Project Manager
Position Type: Permanent

Responsibilities:
- To plan projects in collaboration with stakeholders and partner teams estimating the required resources and execution time, and anticipating potential resource conflicts in the best possible way.
- Manage deviations between project plans and their executions escalating when required.
- Lead initiatives and work closely with teams across the organization, including systems, services and cloud engineering and operations as well as e.g. product management and supply chain.
- Plan projects in collaboration with stakeholders and partner teams estimating resources and execution time and anticipating potential conflicts and bottlenecks in the best possible way.
- Execute projects working closely with partner teams, manage risk and escalations and balance business needs versus technical?constraints.
- Clearly communicate with technical owners, product managers and upper management
Qualifications/Professional experiences Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, IT or similar and master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
- Minimum of 2 years or longer of experience in the area of cloud platform of cloud services development. Alternatively, 5 years of experience in development of IT Business Support Systems or IT Applications.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing process improvements.
- Good understanding of cloud models (XaaS), virtualisation, hypervisors and containers.
- Proven ability to deliver projects, in time, budget and quality.
- Proven experience leading cross-organizational programs and ability to set and hold teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English and ideally German.
