Responsibilities
- Responsible for technical sales support for the BSS line
- Provide solution sales and design
- Identify key customer requirements
- Produce and deliver formal business proposals and customer based presentations on the Director/CIO level
- Liase internally with marketing, R&D, and sales teams to address customer demands
- Build a deep understanding of BSS solutions - including charging, rating, billing, order management, customer relationship management, etc
- Establishing, developing, and closing business across the BSS product portfolio
- Responsible for all pre sales support in a global key account capacity
- Frequent travel
Qualifications
- 7+ years of telecommunication experience, specifically in BSS products
- Recent experience in a top tier telecommunications vendor or operator (i.e. Amdocs, Ericsson)
- Expert in BSS products for billing and charging, CRM, provisioning, and mediation
- Proven communication at the CIO/IT Director level
