Program Manager - Engineering - Baden-Württemberg - Contract (m/f)
We are currently working with one of our key clients on an exciting new automotive project which demands an Engineering Program Manager to join them on an initial 5 month contract basis.
Dealing with Crisis Management on Multiple Projects you will be expected to demonstrate a strong character, good leadership and motivational skills and be industry experienced.
Requirements
-Awareness of Automotive Industry Standards (Milestones, PPAP etc)
-Worked on Multiple Projects within Crisis Management
-Experience in Cost Analysis and Costing
-Fluent in English, German would be a plus
-Experience with Assembly Lines would be beneficial
-Strong Personality, Assertive
The successful Program Manager will be responsible for re-organising the whole company and breaking down walls to ensure success moving forward.
We are looking for someone with strong personal skills who can be assertive and get the job done.
The successful Program Manager must be able to work under pressure and have handled multiple projects within crisis management previously.
The positions are paying market competitive rates and are based on an initial 5 month contract.
