Trans4mation BS GmbH & Co. KG betreut namhafte Kunden im IT-Umfeld.Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir gerade Unterstützung in folgendem Projekt:
Solution Architect (m/w)
Aufgabenbeschreibung / Projektinformationen:
- Solution Architect to support the AD design and integration at customers side within the existing team.
- Advises program managers and heads of service on appropriate business solutions and ensures delivery in accordance with corporate approach, guidelines, principles, codes and policies; leads quality feasibility studies, business bases, and timelines for the evaluation
- Leads or is member of large, international infrastructure transformation program, links with other initiatives to identify and manage dependencies, ensures appropriate ownership of risks
- Prepares / implements customer service strategy, monitors customer satisfaction, identifies required changes to meet customer needs

Erforderliche Kenntnisse:
- 5+ years’ experience in large, complex IT Infrastructure transformation projects
- 5+ years' experience in designing, setting up and operating Active Directory structures (with implementing BI-DI trusts)
- Acquainted with customers IT organization structure
- Strong leadership in managing country specific local and global transformation
- Experience with working in a political environment at a senior level
- Project Management qualification, eg. Prince II
- Management qualification (opt.)
- Ability to convey complex info at all levels
- German and English language skills (English has to be Business Level)
