BPR/BPO/Offshoring Business Analyst with experience of Six Sigma or Lean required by a leading Insurance firm
The successful hire will join a major international Business Process Reengineering and Outsourcing initiative which will involve assessment of the current setup in terms of moving business processes to a lower-cost location; also looking at how current business processes and can be reengineered to be more operationally effective; and identifying which activities can be transitioned before delivering the transition effort.
Requirements:
- Accomplished Business Analyst with a background in BPO and/or BPR.
- Knowledge and track-record using Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
- Experience delivering to budgets of around 5M per annum.
- Insurance experience ideal, or alternatively Financial Services.
- Fluent German and English - written and oral.
- Must be available for a June/July start.
