Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 3021 for a Senior PMO Methodology (f/m)Project environment
A Swiss Insurance Company is looking for a Senior PMO to join the IT Workplace Project Delivery team, and be responsible for the development and adoption of the IT Workplace Project
Methodology, according to the outlined framework.
Tasks
• Planning and executing this mandate as a project, actively managing scope and dependencies, and engaging with key stakeholders in order to maximize value creation and deliver according to the quality and timeline expectations.
This mandate consists of two main stages:
• Methodology development, including template creation, tools & processes, PM and non-PM handbooks.
• Methodology adoption, including delivering training for Project Managers and key Project Staff.
Requirements
• Sound Project Management/PMO skills (5+ years) in waterfall (Prince2, PMP) and agile methodologies. Certifications are advantageous.
• Good understanding of project methodologies and value oriented implementations. Creation of templates, processes, handbooks.
• Proven experience in initiating and driving projects, managing stakeholders at different levels and locations.
• Experience in customer / client facing roles is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in delivering trainings.
• Microsoft suite of products, especially SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage.
