Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 3018 for a Co-Head Project Portfolio Management Execution (f/m)Project environment
A Global Swiss Bank.
Tasks
• Executing the operational project portfolio controlling processes.
• Coordinating on- and nearshore team members.
• Managing the business case lifecycle (approval, change, closure).
• Being a subject matter expert for the project portfolio management tool and process landscape.
• Support and training of our stakeholder community.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline to simplify processes and reduce costs.
• Ensure that internal and external requirements and requests for information are met to a high standard.
• Work with the streams and other Investment Governance stakeholders to ensure internal controls are in place.
• Support the overall transformation activities within the stream.
Requirements
• Broad understanding of IT functions, processes and organizations.
• Familiarity with major functions of Finance organization.
• Experience in IT transformation or IT strategy work; or post-merger integration of IT organizations.
• Very advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; some Access and/or Sharepoint preferred.
• Proven strong client management skills particularly at a senior level.
• Experience in working in global, enterprise IT management environment.
• Work independently while understanding means of appropriate escalation.
• English language is a must, german language is an asset.

• Excellent presentation and analytical skills, attention to detail / data quality, ability to convert “data” to actionable management information.
• Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal).
• Ability to effectively manage multiple, complex initiatives and conflicting priorities.
