Security Project Manager (m/w) DLP
Projektbeschreibung: For our customer we are looking a Project Manager in the context of Data Leakage Prevention.
The role is required to lead and manage Cyber Security projects. This includes engagement of relevant stakeholders, presentation to senior management, enhancement of conceptual framework and completion of work packages. In addition this role will manage regular meetings with regional Compliance and Security teams and provide required reporting, efficiency analysis and proper documentation of the project portfolio. Any required guidance and team support for project-based tasks undertaken by the team will also be part of this role.
Anforderungen: Professional
- At least 5 years evidently real Project Management experience
- Strong focus on delivery and completion
- Strong leadership skills
- Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail
- Can communicate with global business teams
- Good Microsoft Words and PowerPoint skills
- Good understanding of business related information
- Possess good judgment and able to make sound decisions promptly
- Ability to share information and know-how within the team
- Evident knowledge in Cyber Security topics (certification required)
- ITIL certified
- PMI PMP (or equivalent) certified
General
- Fluent written and spoken English and German
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
- High conflict resolution attitude
- A positive attitude and a high productivity rate
- Meticulous and self-motivating
- Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix organizations
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Experience in IT is mandatory
Education
- Above average Master Degree or diploma from an accredited tertiary institution
