We are currently recruiting for our client, a Global Telecommunications Company for a Business Manager to join their organization in Germany.Position Title: Business Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve individual sales targets, financial and nonfinancial key business objectives;
- Preparare, qualify and maintain all new business plans for assigned accounts;
- Weekly forecasting for opportunities by pipeline and revenue figures on assigned accounts;
- Responsible for latest product and services update to customers;
- Coordinate effectively internal and cross functional relationship to facilitate the achievement of financial and nonfinancial goals for the company.
- Able to provide customers solutions based on company's product and services portfolio.
- Lead and Coach team members.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Good knowledge in managed Data Services/ Outsourcing/ Data Communication (.i.e. ATM, Frame Relay, Leased lines, SMDS, IP services, MPLS, VPN, Managed Hosting services).
- Proven history with a minimum of 5-7 years in new business sales;
- Demonstrate good communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
- Previous sales experience including but not limited to Banking, Finance, Retail, Technology, manufacturing and professional services would be highly appreciated;
- Great negotiation, interpersonal and intercultural skills;
- Can work under pressure;
- Fluency in German and English.
