Projektkurzbeschreibung:
Client follows Cloud product strategy for Indirect Procurement and Contingent Labor and moves forward as fast as possible and showcase a rapid end-to-end Cloud implementation to our customers.
Focus of this implementation is the service procurement process which shall run in Fieldglass cloud solution.
IT is responsible for process automation and integration requirements, such as master data like accounting objects or invoice integration between Fieldglass and ERP.
Further goals are avoidance of redundancies and overhead workload by implementing automated interfaces.
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
* Communication and coordination with Business and IT team members
* Requirements gathering and analysis
* Process design according to requirements
* Clarification of compliance topics, e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX)
* Organizational Change Management together with Business
* Elaboration of required documentation for business and IT stakeholders

Sonstige Kenntnisse:
* Excellent knowledge about Service Procurement process
* Excellent Communication & Coordination skills
* Excellent knowledge about procurement processes
* Good MM/FI Application knowledge for Integration with Ariba & Fieldglass
* Good knowledge about Fieldglass solution
