Zeitpunkt einen Kollegen für folgende Positionen:

" Sourcing Specialist Networks Core & O&M Procurement (m/w)"

Aufgaben:
Impact on the business the Customer
Contributes to the businesses targets of Customer: revenue, cash flow, OIBDA, etc.
Adds pro-actively into the category strategies feeding into overall budget holder’s strategies & roadmaps.
Driving Total Cost of Ownership reduction with direct and indirect impact.
Helps to aggregate demand to leverage Customer’s global scale and scope and drive standardisation in coordination of Procurement.
Leads strategic sourcing projects from demand management to RFx, evaluation, price and contract negotiations.
Creates contracts with national and international suppliers over complex agreements.
Working with Legal and internal stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met and risks are minimized and transparent.
Supports annual budget and savings planning process "Upfront” with Controlling and budget holders for the categories in line with the Global process.
Inputs into the annual purchasing planning processes.
Challenges requirements and provides innovative alternative solutions for the business.
Manages supplier’s contracts during lifecycle to identify breaches, introducing mitigating actions and handling of claims.
Ensures compliance in the execution of all own actions.
Maintains the reputation of Customer's and avoids external disturbances.


Procurement Development:
Collaborates to the strategy of Local Procurement and executes dedicated key measures.
Ensures the usage of Customer’s tools, processes, policies and standards and provides constructive input for continuous improvement.
Realizes synergies, efficiencies innovative solutions in terms of category delivery and processes.


Value add functions:
Improves category supplier’s performance by supporting the strategic supplier management ofCustomers (SUMA)
Helps to develop and track action plans to improve supplier performance results.
Executes independently special activities and multidisciplinary projects by appointment - also in international environments


Innovation and Change:
Defines and introduces innovative category strategies in accordance with Customer's business and Global Procurement.
Identifies risks and elaborate strategies to cope with.
Sharing and using best practice.


Relationship Management:
Manages relationship by effective information and influencing stakeholders of Customer and suppliers.
Attendance of regular commercial review meetings with dedicated strategic suppliers.
Selling pro-actively Procurement’s value-add to interfacing units.


Typical Outputs:
Delivery of agreed goals, KPIs and objectives.
Category strategies, e.g. category demand and savings plans
Contracts ready for signature and decision documents.
Project progress and status reports.


Skills:
Several years of relevant experience in strategic Procurement.
Educated to University or FH Degree in a business or engineer related subject or equivalent >3 years of industry experience
Technical knowledge.

Written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with suppliers.
Cross cultural functional experience.
Experience of leading complex negotiations and multi million contractual agreements.
Legal knowledge
German and English language fluent verbally and written.
Moderation and presentation skills
Good experience MS Office
