Project Manager (Munich) Re-InsuranceProject Manager is required for a project in Munich. Skills: 10+ years experience IT- or non-IT Projects with at least 5 years experience in Re-Insurance business The role will suit for someone who can lead the front line as project leader, this is not a manager/administrator role.Must have very good "social competence" and communication skills Must have very good negotiation/finding common ground skills (not meaning contractual or commercial negotiation, but convincing others efficientlyBusiness Experience:- Re-Insurance (in any role), at least 5 years, - Fair understanding for "complex, high volume business and Re-Insurance Processes, Re-Insurance-Reporting, Re-Insurance-Data Complexity.Other Experience"Interfacing between Business and IT"- Reporting, Data Warehouse Language: English ok, German helpful, but not essential
