SAP Change Manager - S/4 HANA

The SAP Change Manager will be a Leadership Role that will facilitate a complex portfolio of change, organizational design, talent development, Business readiness, stakeholder engagement and enablement, process adoption, technology adoption, and communications for the Operations transformations and for the program team.

For this position, the candidate will need to bring to the table their expertise in managing journeys of change for multiple global business units.

He/she will be expected to:

-Assess the current environment and drivers for change.
-Articulate a compelling description of the future state and vision of the organization.
-Assess the gap between the current state and the desired future state in terms of talent, OD, processes and enabling technology
-Create a journey roadmap to plan and prioritize activities to ensure sustainable adoption of the new processes and solutions
-Proactively monitor, assess and measure the journey and change portfolio to keep the program on track while balancing change and risk.
-Mobilize the journey management team including core program members as well as the extended team of business partners, value chain leads, HR, change agents, global process owners and key users.
-Establish and maintain the program as a global organizational priority; driving the short-term wins to enable long-term gains
-Manage and maintain productive, open relationships with Works Councils, Unions and other employee delegate groups.

Ideal Work Experience/Profile

-10+ years of work experience in leadership/program management in a transformational program in complex environments (large firm consulting experience a plus)
-S/4 HANA project full life cycle experience - minimum 1 project
-Experience working on global ERP (ideally SAP) business transformation programmes
-Outstanding and demonstrated knowledge of Journey & Change Management practices, methodology, approaches, transformational/culture change; and ability to apply them
-Large scale global manufacturing industry experience
-Outstanding interpersonal, stakeholder management, problem solving and influencing skills.
