We are looking for a freelancer for our customer in Zurich.

Type of employment Personell leasing - temporary employment

Location Zurich

Your tasks



  • Supports the stream lead in the execution of his management tasks



  • Supports the stream lead in the setup of new projects in terms of methodology and governance



  • Actively participates as a PMO member in the WM related board meetings



  • Provides slides for different presentation groups (e.g. Steering Committees, line management, Transformation Committee etc.)



  • Manages the weekly team meeting of the stream



  • Responsible for the planning and roadmaps of the stream



  • Supports the budget process of the stream



  • Coordinates the overall financial controlling of the stream (ensures timelines and correctness)



  • Keeps track of the project risk management for the stream



  • Tracks any open items of the stream



  • Manages the demand management (staffing) for the stream lead



  • Manages external contracts for the stream lead



  • Verifies the external invoices



  • Keeps track and documents the new requirements together with the responsible Business Product Manager / Project Head



  • Maintains the scope and requirements management of new issues



  • Maintains the on-boarding package for new hires in the stream



  • Coordinates and manages the stream SharePoint site



  • Coordinates the internal communication for the stream with the Change Execution team



  • Maintains the stream SharePoint and Intranet site



Your skills



  • 4 to 5 years' experience in a role as a Project Leader or Project Manager



  • Previous Project Lead / Programme Lead experience supporting large programs



  • Experience in PMO (min 5 years as senior program PMO)



  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. WBS, status reporting, progress tracking, budget/actual management, risk assessment etc.)



  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Tool Suite



  • Strong organizational skills



  • profound skills at MS Office (Outlook, advanced Excel & PowerPoint)



  • Good stakeholder management skills



  • Fluent in English and German
