Your tasks
As the Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst you are responsible for the analysis and implementation of programs and projects in the domain FX Trading / Sales and Middle Office
Requirements engineering: defining, validating, executing and testing of business requirements, including articulating, setting priorities, facilitating the entire requirement engineering process (end to end – starting from feasibility study until Go-Live support / production)
Analyzing and specifying of interfaces and downstream requirements
Leading the entire program / project lifecycle (including issue and risk management etc.)
Excellent stakeholder management skills (wide range of stakeholders, e.g. IT, business, cross divisional departments, contractors and vendors)
Leading and communicating to Steering Committee’s with very senior stakeholders
Act as a deputy team head and leading a team (approx. 2 to 4) of Project Managers and Business Analysts
Your skills
10+ Year relevant experience in the fields of Project Management, Business Analysis and stakeholder management and Murex
Solid Project Management experience applying appropriate methodologies, e.g. waterfall, agile / scrum (scrum master desirable)
Strong BA skills, demonstrated passion to determine business requirements andto lead the implementation of those business requirements - end to end (including, specifications, validations, testing and enabling automated testing)
Excellent financial markets knowledge in Markets / Investment Bank Front Office (domain FX, plain vanilla and exotics, OTC’s, IRs, etc.)
Solid experience in Trading and Sales applications, in particular Murex
Excellent understanding of the entire value chain (Front Office, Middle Office, Risk Management, Operations, Financial Accounting)
Excellent problem solving skills (in particular complex issues and problems in a Trading and Sales environment)
Proficient in various PM / BA tools, JIRA, MS Office applications, VISIO, etc.
Proven track record for successful delivery of FX IT platforms (Murex Front Office and Middle Office)
Works very well in in a fast paced and dynamic environment (both business and IT)
Fluent English absolutely necessary
German skills desirable
Excellent communications and presentation skills
Strong people management skills / good team player, very comfortable to work in a multicultural environment
Very “hands on” with a great “can do it” attitude
Loves to lead and manage ambitious challenges with challenging datelines and deliver good results
