Aufgabe:Role description
• Monitoring and reporting on the transition and migration governances progress
• Assisting the internal global program manager in the monitoring of the Project Plan & Migration Plan as well as the budget
• The deliverables completed will be:
- Project monitoring summary document
- Issues log, risks log, dependencies log
- Project deliverables Log
- Project Steering Committee minutes
Quality Assurance:
• Ensuring alignment of the program with the binding offer: Any change with the binding offer will be formalized through a gap analysis as well as an impact analysis.
• Enabling the Internal Global Program manager to get an external, independent point of view regarding the project progress.
• Discussing appropriate mitigation actions with the internal global program manager
• Coordinating the team working on the project
• The deliverables completed will be:
- Gap & impact analysis with the binding offer
- Revised project plan (Vs project plan delivered as part of the due diligence process)
- Regular quality assurance meetings
- Engagement Review Feedback
Anforderung:
• Experience in the above mentioned areas
• German fluent
• English fluent
