Task:As part of the Fund Administration Target Operating Model and Migration workstream’s organisation, the Project Manager is responsible for the management of various projects tasks related to the Fund Administration domain. The individual directly the team management in reaching predefined objectives in terms of scope, Budget and timing in relation to assigned project, such as, but not limited to:
• Guiding regulatory projects impacting the location(s).
• Actively participating in the ‘continuous improvement’ culture.
• Ensuring the communication and the monitoring of the assigned project and tasks.
Responsibilities
. Guide An Operational & Client Readiness Workstream having a cross locations and hubs impact
- Understanding the challenges of the project / the finality of the process
- Drafting clear action plan(s), synthetic, realistic and sharing with project sponsor/program manager.
- Taking part in the analysis of any identified issues/gaps, finding the key information and being able to propose a structured analysis, impacts identification and recommendations to be made.
- Anticipating the difficult situations and suggesting suitable solutions.
- Monitoring the 3 key major indicators : Scope / Budget /Planning
- Animating the dedicated committees / meetings in place for the implementation in coordination with global governance in place.
. To actively participate in the ‘continuous improvement’ culture
- Actively contributing to capitalization on the projects.
- Seeking for feedbacks and working in a logic of expansion of his competences.
- Identifying opportunities by share experience/knowledge with other involved stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities of replication on other processes or sites.
. Ensure the communication and the monitoring of the projects
- Emphasizing the ideas in writing and oral, being irreproachable on the quality of the produced analysis, either quantitative or qualitative, having a critical glance on the quality of the data, being able to build rigorous argumentation and analysis.
- With the spirit of synthesis, being able to stand back to the situations adapted to the context, as well as being able to highlight the major conclusions.
- Having a strong ability to liaise with the client and all different potential counterparties about any key milestones and status during the project lifecycle.
- Having a strong ability to work independently under a tight timeline.
- Being able to expose orientation to the client (from both an operational and Target Operating Model standpoint).
