Task:- assisting on progress across all workstream
- facilitating interactions & resolution of issues and challenges
- organise project delivery in line with the project objective and project standards
- tracking different log & update across all workstreams & project stakeholders
- take note & minutes of meeting, providing summary update
- performing specific analysis on ad hoc basis, supporting workstreams on ad hoc basis
Regarding Closing readiness specifically:
- organise the delivery of Closing readiness process across the full project scope, including building a strong Closing runbook, Closing protocol & Control & Command organisation orchestrate the Closing dress rehearsal with support from other workstreams
Requirements (Must have):
- Senior Project Manager (> 10 years experience)
- organized, analytic, attention to details
- ability to drive a process with empathy
- Closing readiness experience in the context of M&A / Financial environment
