An exciting new contract position has opened up in Germany for a Business/Functional Analyst.
Requirements and skill set needed:
*10 Yrs of Business Analysis Experience
*5+ years' experience working within Asset Management business
*Strong understanding of trading, portfolio management, compliance, risk management and client reporting workflows
*Strong understanding of asset classes Fixed Income, Equities, cash, derivatives etc and their reference data elements pertaining to Asset Management a must.
*Strong understanding of the Enterprise Data management, Data Quality and Governance process*3+ years expertise (or Functional Knowledge) in Blackrock Aladdin or any other Trade Order Management System functionality and related business processes
*Highly competent with SQL, XML.
*Must possess strong data analysis skills and attention to details.
*Data/Technical architecture experience
*Ability to work with large data sets, process flows and reporting flows
*Advance skills in MS Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access, Visio)
*Working knowledge with Eagle PACE or any other EDM tool a plus
*Knowledge of various investment management industry software/platforms preferred (Bloomberg, BARRA, Barclays POINT)
*Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
*Good documentation skills.
*Knowledge of Jama, Jira, ALM a plus.
