Technical Product Ownership
• Backlog priorization (with regards to scope, budget, time)
• Budget Control
• Overview running costs
• Prioritize Backlog in JIRA
• Approve supplier timesheets
• Control supplier retainer
Liaison for purchasing and other internal processes (Purchasing, IT-Security, Data Privacy, Works council)
• Correspond with suppliers concerning contracts (IT Security, Data Privacy)
• Describe Change Request, answer questions, get approval (IT Security, Data Privacy)
Stakeholder Communication
• Alignment with overall communication strategies & the setup of editorial teams
• Inform stakeholders about development
• Discuss stakeholder needs
Steering of Development
• Brand & Style Governance in UX/UI
• Define User Stories/Requirements
• "Planning of Releases; Plan releases with developers
• Review & Acceptance of Development
• Review & approve suggested solution for implementation.

Anforderung:
Must-Have Skills:
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Erfahrung im Bereich Software-Entwicklungsprozess
- Fachliches und technisches Verständnis im Bereich Website Management
- Steuerung von Agenturen und Entwicklungsdienstleistern
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- u. Vermittlungsfähigkeiten
Umgebung/Sonstiges:
Die Website von wird auf einer Plattform mit dem CMS-System Typo 3 betrieben und weiterentwickelt. In diesem Projekt geht es darum die Anforderungen aus den jeweiligen Businesssektoren auf der Plattform umzusetzen.
