Wir suchen für unseren Kunden im Raum Frankfurt einen Experten im Bereich BPM Architecture / Design, Drawing of process landscape and catalogue for level 3To deliver in 2018 asap pro bono conditional on engagement BPM-Tool implementation and roll-out, drawing of BPM Architecture and landscape and process documentation:
• Support short listing and final selection of vendor for BPM-Tool
BPM-Tool implementation and role-out, drawing of BPM Architecture and landscape and process documentation:
• Quick-Review as-is documentation
• Validate Level 1 process landscape
• Validate Level 2-3 process catalogue
• Draw BPM Architecture / Design and support tool implementation
• Prepare and conduct process workshops with business
• Support business to document processes in tool
Proven Expertise with relevant BPM tools selected, as well as Business Process design and documentation in Banks.
