Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen Portfolio Analyst (m/w/d) für den Standort Düsseldorf.

Rolle: Portfolio Analyst (m/w/d)
Dauer: 3 Monate, mit Option auf Verlängerung
Ort: Düsseldorf
Auslastung: Vollzeit, Onsite

Task Description:

• Review of an innovation strategy including professional advice on top-down strategic innovation initiatives (portfolio) and supporting innovation functions (activities) to define an innovation priorities
• Review of financial frame of innovation organization including examination of resource allocation guidelines as enabler to achieve innovation goals
• Provision of professional advice on innovation function scoping and baselining of current and future Innovation organization, here FTE and innovation budgets
• Conduct of performance diagnostics including FTE allocation as well as cost per defined innovation role profile and activity based among others on cost vs. quality analysis
• Elaboration and professional advice on future innovation target structure dimensioning based on KPI methodology per role
• Definition and alignment of levers to capture cross a synergies and reach target scope, e.g. span of control for cross SBU lab heads, activities in joint labs, innovation centers, cross a programs
• Development of high level implementation roadmaps for an innovation target structure including elaboration and review of change management and communication plans
• Conduct of as-is analysis and baselining per SBU and site (PD/TCS) of an innovation footprint, especially in APAC / Eastern Europe
• Review of equipment per SBU and technology to map technology focus per FTE and site
• Elaboration of footprint scenarios based on footprint design criteria to define target innovation Footprint in focus areas
• Elaboration of future site profiles including site actions and technology mapping
• Facilitate hand-over of transition plans (FTE, equipment) and implementation roadmaps per SBU/site including real estate to HR
• Professional advice on compliant HR monitoring and restructuring cost reporting tool and templates including detailing of transfer matrix and FTE specific timelines followed by execution of transition monitoring
• Calculation of required restructuring budgets and alignment of savings potentials of planned site actions applying defined levers for synergies generation
• Consolidation of transfer plans to Innovation Center Düsseldorf to generate cross SBU synergies by joint lab occupation and management
• Review of standardized information, deployment packages and guidelines for workers’ councils (EAG), local site HR and HR BPs
• Contribution to existing best practices for roll-out to other regions
